When we first visit you we will give you a Crease Busters ironing bag to transfer your ironing into - this bag will be returned to you with your name tag on for future use. Using our service is then extremely simple.
Step 1.
You collect all your ironing together and place it into your Crease Busters bag.
Step 2.
Call 01234 826307 or save time: book online. You decide what time you want us to pickup your ironing. Our service operates between 8.00am till late.
Step 3.
We supply you with your own laundry bag which is labelled with your name and any special instructions. This is weighed on collection and your price given at this time ensuring you know exactly what the charge is, there are no hidden costs. We collect payment when we deliver back to you.
Step 4.
The ironing is carried out in a clean and smoke free environment; garments are checked for special ironing instructions before proceeding. The clothes are returned on coat hangers and are covered with plastic presentation bags. Folded items are placed in your laundry bag, providing protection and security for your clothes. The bag is kept for your next load of ironing. We do NOT CHARGE for the coat hangers or covers – this is all part of our service.
Step 5.
The ironing is returned the next day at a convenient time. We aim to please, first time every time, but if you are not fully satisfied we are happy to re-iron the garments. Any feed back, good or not so good, is of importance to us and we listen to our customers.
Step 6.
When we deliver your ironing back we can arrange the next collection date – if not known you can arrange your collection on line or just call us. Many customers have regular weekly or monthly collection times.
